Through this initiative, I aim to raise the profile and recognition of individuals in the HR industry who are courageously rethinking tomorrow’s working world, actively shaping it, and openly sharing their expertise, experiences, and opinions.
To me, HR influencers are true thought leaders, passionate networkers and inspiring catalysts. They advocate for a modern, humane and forward-looking world of work, and I want to raise awareness of this alongside them.

And this is how the 2024 election will proceed
nomination phase
From 25 July to 15 August, individuals can be publicly nominated for the "Austria's Top HR Influencer 2024" award via an online form.
The nomination phase is now closed! Many thanks to everyone who submitted their nominations.
Compilation of shortlist
The nominees are reviewed and assessed to ensure they meet the criteria. All those who make it onto the shortlist are then presented to the expert jury.
Jury voting
The jury, consisting of partners with HR expertise, evaluates the nominated influencers on the shortlist according to predefined qualitative criteria.
Award winners
The jury voting will determine the "Austria's Top 30 HR Influencers" for 2024.
The list of winners will be published online.
In autumn, we will celebrate the presentation of the awards at our award show in the usual manner.

What began as a bold idea is now a movement: It brings together HR professionals and executives who are driving change. Our history is characterised by special moments – from the first awards that put pioneers in the spotlight, to formats such as the HR Role Model Brunch, which enables genuine exchange. Each milestone represents greater networking, new perspectives and the shared goal of making the working world more human and sustainable. Und wir sind noch weit von unserem Ziel entfernt: Let’s work together to set new impulses and continue to change the world of personnel management.
2023
Launch Austria's Top 50 HR Influencers
In 2023, I teamed up with Vivien Schulter to launch Austria's Top HR Influencers, aiming to give HR and leadership the visibility and appreciation they deserve. Since then, we have honoured 80 HR influencers – powerful voices that enrich the HR world with expertise, inspiration, and new perspectives. Our mission is to highlight HR issues and make the world of work more human, responsible and forward-looking.
2024
Our community
The award has given rise to a dedicated HR community: a robust network of HR experts, leadership professionals, and thought leaders. We share knowledge, discuss trends, and promote relevant topics that drive the HR industry forward together. With an impressive reach of over 350,000 impressions at a community event, for example, we are able to reach a highly relevant target group and provide impetus for the future of work.
2025
New chapter: More depth, more exchange, more HR power
In 2025, I took a deliberate break from the award to add more depth and genuine value to our events. Whether the award will return in this form remains to be seen – watch this space! The first HR Role Model Brunch was a success – a great start to encouraging more networking and exchange within the HR community. Best of all, more events are already in the pipeline!

2026 is going to be huge!
We have big plans to continue shaping the world of HR with your help. We have new formats, fresh ideas and exciting collaborations in the pipeline, and we'll reveal more soon. Stay tuned – there's a lot coming that will transform the HR community!

The term comes from the English word 'to influence', meaning to affect, impact or shape.
