I am also a working mum – married and mother to a seven-year-old son. Balancing a meaningful career with motherhood can be challenging at times, and I embrace this reality with honesty and intention.
What you can expect from me: I take a deeper look and work with my clients to address the root causes behind their challenges. I encourage them to step outside their comfort zone and question the status quo. After all, „it takes courage to act in order for progress to happen“.
And I believe this work should be done with clarity, lightness — and a sense of humour.

2002 – 2023
I have over 15 years of experience in strategic HR management in the DACH region and internationally, working with companies such as Johnson & Johnson, LexisNexis and Paysafe. My focus areas include change management, new ways of working, leadership and employer branding.
2002–2007
I graduated from the University of Huddersfield (UK) with CIPD qualification. I specialise in people management, employee relations and strategic HR.
2012–2018
I am trained in coaching and facilitation and am certified in Insights MDI. I support executives and teams in their development, strengthening communication and enhancing collaboration.
2018
Following a successful career in large corporations, I began my journey into self‑employment as an HR consultant, coach, and trainer.
I support companies with HR strategies, change processes, and leadership development.
2021
I launched my HR blog and established a strong social media presence, growing to over 12,000 followers. I share HR knowledge, trends and new ways of working in an authentic and practical way.
2023
Since 2023, I have been the initiator of the HR Influencer Awards in Austria and have built an active HR community.
The goal is to provide HR professionals with networking opportunities, inspiration, and greater visibility.
