My name is Marion Eppinger, also known as the HR Passionista. I am a dedicated Human Resources professional who enjoys working with people and HR-related topics.
I am a working mum, married with a seven-year-old son. Balancing my career with motherhood can sometimes be really challenging.
What you can expect from me: I like to take a closer look and work with my clients to address the root causes. I encourage them to step out of their comfort zones and question the status quo. After all, „it takes courage to act in order for progress to happen“. This should be done with ease and a sense of humour.

Drawing on my extensive experience in national and international HR management spanning over 20 years, I support organisations and executives in creating sustainable, human and strategically oriented working environments. My areas of focus are transformation, leadership, communication and modern HR practices.

2002 – 2023
International HR expert
I have over 15 years of experience in strategic HR management, both in the DACH region and internationally working with companies such as Johnson & Johnson, LexisNexis and Paysafe. My area of focus include change management, new ways of working, leadership and employer branding.
2002–2007
Study of Human Resource Management
I graduated from the University of Huddersfield (UK) with CIPD qualification. I specialise in people management, employee relations and strategic HR.
2012–2018
Systemic coach & trainer
I am trained in coaching and training, and am Insights MDI certified. I support executives and teams in their development and strengthening communication and collaboration.
2018
Starting out as a self-employed HR professional
Following a successful career with a large corporation, she embarked on a career in self-employment as an HR consultant, coach and trainer. She helps companies with HR strategies, change processes and leadership issues.
2021
Launch of HR Passionista
Launch of my HR blog and established of a strong social media presence, amassing with over 12,000 followers. I share HR knowledge, trends and new ways of working in an authentic and practical way.
2023
HR Influencer Awards
Since 2023, initiator of the HR Influencer Awards in Austria and development of an active HR community. The goal is to provide HR professionals with networking opportunities, inspiration and visibility.
