6 p.m. | An evening for connection, attitude and clarity
Constellation evening on 13 February – love & economy
The economy is considered rational, goal-oriented and structured.
Love, on the other hand, is something we associate with our private lives – with emotions and interpersonal relationships.
But perhaps the two areas are much more closely related than we have long believed.
The systemic constellation method reveals issues that often remain unspoken in the workplace: patterns that shape teams. Imbalances that drain energy. Values that provide guidance. And the question of how much love – in the sense of respect, connection and responsibility – should be allowed in your professional world.
On 13 February, the evening before Valentine’s Day, we are opening a space where you can take a systemic look at the connection between love and business.
Because where people work together, relationships develop – and relationships need attitude, clarity and inner order.
Warum Liebe auchWarum Liebe auch in der Wirtschaft wirkt
Love is much more than romance.
Love means:
- genuine interest in the other person
- clear communication
- appreciative leadership
- decision, that involve people
- connection, that strengthens performance
When love is embraced as an attitude in business, trust is created.
And trust is the foundation of any good working relationship.
