I have over 20 years‘ of experience in national and international HR management – in corporations, SMEs and start-ups. As a consultant and sparring partner to managing directors, C-suite executives and managers, I support them through change processes relating to personal development and the evolving world of work.

My approach:

I focus on playful learning to awaken the joy of communication. To achieve this, I use:

  • LEGO® Serious Play®: a creative method in which we build symbolic models with Lego bricks to address complex issues and strengthen communication and problem-solving skills in groups.
  • I also use Insights MDI, a proven personality analysis tool that helps us to understand differences, create closeness, and improve cooperation.

 

These methods help us to create clarity, understanding and connection, and to make communication what it should be: a lively exchange that brings people together.

 

Content Creation & Corporate Influencing

My approach:

  • I’ll show you how to present your brand, yourself or your company in order to become visible – without artificial staging, but with heart and attitude.

  • You will receive practical tips on how to move from silent reading to active creation – honest, easy to implement and without any hocus-pocus.

Why do I do what I do?

I started my career in HR 20 years ago, driven by a desire to make the world of work more human. I have witnessed organisations grow, evolve and occasionally falter. These experiences have shaped me and shown me that HR is more than just administration – it is the key to sustainable success.
